Fleet Aces Pickleball Club – Coaching Information

Our Coaching Philosophy

We are committed to delivering coaching for players of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or looking to refine advanced skills, our structured coaching pathway ensures you always have opportunities to grow your game and gain confidence on court.

Regular Coaching Sessions

Our coaching programme provides frequent sessions led by experienced and supportive coaches. Members can book sessions, frequently at a subsidized rate, making skill development accessible to everyone. Sign‑up links and schedules will appear on our website and Spond.

Playlists & Session Management

To ensure fun, competitive and well‑balanced sessions, we support all Hosts with training on seeding and mixing play within ranked groups. Fleet Aces uses Matchup as our standard playlist tool, ensuring transparency, fairness, and provides smooth session organization.

Rankings & Player Development Pathway

We operate an open and supportive ranking process so players can benchmark themselves and track improvement. Players wishing to ‘play up’ may complete the self‑assessment form and, following review by the Ranking Committee, can trial the group above. This structure ensures fairness while encouraging progression for every player.

Coaching Programme Overview
